The "Unsung" Olympic Heroes...

I have watched so much gymnastics lately that ‘getting out of bed’ is now called ‘STICKING THE LANDING”.

The world for just a few moments in time has lived through the athletes competing at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

I had not thought about the 'coaches' much until one of my coaching clients mentioned that he was admiring the relationship between the athletes and their coaches.

Coaching should be an Olympic Sport..

Wait maybe it is.

Although they aren’t doing the routines, flips, laps, races or on the medal platform with their champion.

Its like you feel their presence in the making of the champion.

At least I did as I watched the interactions between coach and athlete after their events.

(Whether they did great on their event or not as good as they wanted.)

I get this.

That’s one reason why I use coaching as a way to help my clients move forward.

I glad my client mentioned his observation to me.

And we talked about our coaching partnership.

When my clients win.. I win too.

It’s pretty cool.
